When it was first released in 1984, Boulder Dash set the gameplay benchmark for future puzzle games. Boulder Dash Deluxe is a collection of the best levels in the series, remastered and redesigned for modern consoles. Due to popular demand, the game is finally also available for PlayStation.
Explore the completely redesigned world of Boulder Dash with Rockford®, the legendary protagonist, and take on countless new challenges. You have to dig through spectacular caves with impressive 3D effects, dodge falling boulders, and eliminate relentless opponents in order to collect the precious gemstones and treasure chests filled with power-ups. This version has the addition “Deluxe” for a reason. Because Peter Liepa, the legendary creator of the original Boulder Dash, has designed the “Liepa World” exclusively for this version with 20 unique and amazing levels that have never been seen before and that will delight both experts and new players.
